Childcare Consultancy Limited Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy

General

These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions placed online with Childcare Consultancy Ltd. Please read carefully before placing any order. All contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms and conditions will be deemed to affect your statutory rights. By using this site you are agreeing to these terms and conditions'. All transactions with Childcare Consultancy Ltd will be governed by these terms and conditions.

All references to the 'company', 'us', ‘our’ or 'we' will refer to Childcare Consultancy Ltd. All references to ‘you’ or the ‘customer’ shall mean the person or persons purchasing or agreeing to purchase goods from the company. All references to the Web Site shall include reference to all URL's owned by Childcare Consultancy Ltd.

Prices and Tax Charges

All prices are shown in pound sterling (£). All orders are charged in GB pounds. Your local card provider will bill you in your local currency. You must check your local currency conversion rate for the cost in your local currency. It is our policy to offer goods at the most reasonable price possible, however, if, due to circumstances beyond our control, we deem it necessary to alter any advertised price, we reserve the right to do so without prior notice. Prices and specifications are checked to the best of our ability, and whilst every effort has been made to make them accurate, no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions. Payment

We are pleased to accept orders by online transaction (secure server). All credit / debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and are authorised by the card issuer. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Switch and Solo. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay and / or non-delivery of your order. We are unable to accept or process any credit/debit card orders without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder. All online and over the phone and postal payments are made through World Pay. After placing your order the server will transfer you to World Pay secure payment server through which you will make your payment. Once this has been done, you will be transferred back to the Childcare Consultancy Ltd website. In this way you can be rest assured that your payments are being made in as secure an environment as possible.

Security

We are fully committed to providing full security both through our on-line and mail order service. We use secure socket layer (SSL) technology to ensure that your details are safe for all sales transactions with us. All information you provide is fully encrypted so that it cannot be read by third parties. (For Netscape click the 'security' icon on the tool bar and check the SSL2 and SSL3 boxes. For Internet Explorer go to view, menu, find 'Internet Options' click on 'Advanced' and check the SSL2 and SSL3 boxes. Your browser will confirm that you are shopping in a secure environment by showing a locked padlock icon or an image of a key in the bar at the base of your screen.)

Delivery

The binder will be delivered free of charge, to the address that has been stated on the original application.

International delivery out side of UK mainland

All subscriptions placed outside UK (or outside UK mainland for non standard items), we will need to contact you directly to work out postage costs. This will be done at the time of ordering. We will take contact details from you and contact you within 24 hrs with a price. We can arrange for standard delivery or faster delivery options. Dispatch is normally within 24 to 48 hours of ordering. Most orders to Europe arrive 2 to 4 working days after dispatch. Most orders to USA, Japan etc arrive 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.

Returns and Exchanges:

We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from Childcare Consultancy as we aim to offer you excellent quality, value and service at all times. We doubt you’ll need to use this service as we believe wholeheartedly in the high quality and purity of the products we sell. For that reason you can cancel your subscription within 14 working days following your initial purchase and the binder is returned in its original packaging and has not been used and is re-saleable.

An invoice marked paid will be dispatched to you for all purchases. This is your proof of payment. If you wish to cancel your subscription, simply contact us first within 7 days of receipt of item by email at Childcare Consultancy Ltd or on 020 8689 7711, stating your invoice number and the goods which are being returned. The returned binder must be accompanied by a copy of your paid invoice and accompanied by original packaging. Binder should arrive back with us no later than 14 days after your have received it. Customers should arrange their own return. After we have established that the binder is unused and undamaged, you will be refunded the entire sales price. Within thirty days. The binder must be in a new and unused condition together. If you are in any doubt, please contact us on telephone number 020 8689 7711. We recommend you obtain proof of posting for returns as we cannot accept liability for goods that do not reach us.

Damaged folders

If you receive a folder that is faulty or that has been damaged in transit, contact us as soon as possible or within 3 days of receipt of goods at www.childcareconsult.co.uk or on 020 8689 7711, stating your order number. Send the binder back to us at 7th Floor, Ambassador House, Brigstock Road, Thornton Heath, Surrey, CR7 7JG within a reasonable time, preferably 7 working days following receipt of the binder. We will then forward a new binder. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Distance Selling Regulations

You have a right to cancel your order within seven working days following the day after the date of delivery for any item purchased through the website under the distance selling regulations for refund. Refunds will be made within 30 days of cancellation. This does not apply to any item customised or items made to your specification. To cancel any item, you can e-mail, telephone, or write to us quoting your invoice number. You must take reasonable care of the items, and must not use them. Goods must be returned to us within seven days of your notice to cancel. All goods are returned at your own expense unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect, where we will refund the cost on receipt of the goods. Should you require your unwanted goods to be collected, we will deduct the appointed couriers direct costs from the refund given. Providing the goods are received back in an unused condition, and with all accessories, you will receive a refund within thirty days of your notice to cancel. Reasonable care implies that it is the customers responsibility to ensure that the goods are kept in a safe, clean, dry, damp-free and cool environment and for hygiene reasons, that seals are not broken prior to return. If there is no seal then customers may open products to look at them but not use or try the contents.

INSURANCE

Force Majeure

We will not be liable for non-performances of our obligations caused or resulting from industrial disputes or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the company such as act of God, riots, civil commotion, flood, fire, terrorism, war and legislation; petrol crisis and transport or weather disruptions. If by reason of such circumstances it shall become impossible within a reasonable time for the company to wholly or partly supply the items ordered then the customer's liability will be limited to the value of the items already supplied together with any associated delivery charges.

Content

Any information displayed on our web site(s) or other printed matter by the company is not regarded to be authoritative or certified as the best practice and is only considered to be useful supplementary advice to other certified codes of practice. All information on our web site is updated regularly.

Ownership of Goods

All items supplied to the customer remain the property of Childcare Consultancy Ltd. until final payment of all sums owing in respect of those goods has been received in full by us.

Complaints

Any complaint can be communicated directly to Childcare Consultancy Ltd. We will endeavour to deal with your complaint within five working days of receipt. In the event where we cannot resolve your complaint immediately we will advise a likely time scale to you and keep you informed of any investigation. This privacy policy covers Childcare Consultancy Ltd., its Web sites, and any other method of selling.

You can browse our site(s) without disclosing any personal data to us. Any links to third party web sites are covered by the third parties privacy policies.
