came to do pre-inspection visits at both of my
nurseries last year. The sessions were very useful.
Staff (and the children) got used to being observed
during a normal day at nursery and it offered
me the chance to ensure that all paperwork was
up to date. The feedback and written report highlighted
some small areas that Laura felt we could give
our attention to. Coincidentally, we had an unannounced
Ofsted inspection just a few weeks after Laura’s
