Childcare Consultancy's new Leadership & Management workshops are being piloted with Cheshire East Council.
The four-day course is accredited by NCFE and involves exploration of a range of leadership topics including leadership styles, self-evaluation, managing a team to improve quality and motivational theory.
Delegates are also set tasks between sessions to support reflective learning and apply theory into practice before sharing progress at the next meeting.
