Training:

Trainers are trained in first aid and receive ongoing personal
and professional training.
Trainers are insured and relevant checks carried
out, including CRB disclosures.
We provide comprehensive training notes, meeting the individual
learning styles of all participants.
We are experienced at finding suitable local accommodation. It
is important that all sites are suitable for training. We would conduct a
personal site survey to check for suitability and accessibility.
If necessary, we are able to supply our own equipment
and resources, for example, projectors and flip chart stands. This
includes refreshments, such as lunch and drinks.
If applicable, certificates of attendance will
be provided to all participants, in order to demonstrate ongoing
continuing personal and professional development.
Consultancy Service:
We are your organisational support service and will carry out an
onsite visit

A one-stop-shop for pre and post inspection support, we will
provide a full diagnostic review of your inspection and/or report.

Our pre and post contract includes all our contact with you,
through meetings, by telephone and email, and providing ongoing feedback
throughout the consultation period. We devise questionnaires for all your user
groups and key stakeholders. Finally, you will receive a comprehensive written
report, with appropriate conclusions and actions for your service. This also
contains post evaluation and reviews, with follow up meetings and if necessary,
there will be an extended time in place for support to ensure that the project
has met all objectives.
